As Executive Consultant Chef, Emily works closely with Kye and the wider kitchen team, combining their experience and creativity to develop menus that feel both familiar and exciting. From freshly caught seafood to vibrant local produce, their shared approach centres on honest cooking, thoughtful flavours and a genuine love of good food.
